No payment fee applies to online payments made on Byebh.fr
The purchase amount is not drawn from your card until the goods are shipped from Byebh.fr There can never be deducted an amount higher than what you have approved.
A freight fee will apply to the purchase unless otherwise stated in the confirmation. The size of the fee depends on its weight and size of the goods shipped.
Delivery takes place via our handling partner. Delivery time is in general 3-5 days. We deliver to most European countries.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE (CANCELLATION)
We offer a 14 days cancelation period when you shop at Byebh.fr
The cancelation period will expire 14 days after the day you;
- receive your goods
- have got the last good in physical possession. This when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and is delivered separately
- have received the last batch, or you have the last part in your physical possession, when it comes to an agreement regarding the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces.
You must within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification shall be given by mail at email@example.com In your message make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of cancelation. Remember to attach the order confirmation.
You cancel the purchase by simply rejecting to receive the goods without providing us with a clear communication regarding this.
You must send back your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Further you bear the responsibility for the safe packing of the goods. You bear the risk from the time the goods are delivered to you
The cost for the return is expected not to exceed a maximum amount of € 4.

The following product types are excluded cancelation option:
- The supply of sealed products where the sealing of the product is made for health or sanitary reasons and where the seal has been broken
- Goods which, because of their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items on delivery

The condition of the returned goods
You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from the handling of the good by you other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is used further to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you only will be reimbursed by a portion of the purchase amount. Thus you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to have the entire purchase amount returned you are only allowed to test the good in the same way as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, we will refund you the purchase amountpaid to us, when the goods are returned to us in accordance with the above. In case of an impairment for which you are liable an amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right of cancelation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied us with an sufficient evidence of having sent back the.

WHAT SHOULD I SEND BACK?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH PRODUCT (WARRANTY)
When you shop at Byebh.fr you have the 24-month functional guarantee. This means that you in case of lack of function either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or will have a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour.
HOW SOON SHALL I INFORM YOU?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you inform us within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. However, we must have received your complaint within 24 months of purchase.
WE WILL REFUND REASONABLE FREIGHT COSTS
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes processing time for complaint.
